A private application for
principals with more than one address
Few people ever face it: residences on different continents, each with its own automation, alarm, and network stack: different apps, different logins, different people to call. You do not want another dashboard. You want a quiet glance that everything is all right, and the handful of numbers that matter. Patrimony Collection puts each house on a single card in your pocket, reading the systems already commissioned at the property, so the question never has to become a conversation.

Name it, place it, and it becomes a card: the villa, the flat in town, the lodge, the boat.
02
Link the automation already installed and Patrimony reads from it. Your estate manager or integrator can do this for you in one sitting: the path for the next house.
03
Open the app and every house reports in a glance. If something needs you, it says so; if nothing does, it stays quiet.
Cards sit as a wallet holds them: the house, its weather, its status, and whoever looks after it. Tap through for detail; put it away when the answer is nothing to worry about.
| Connectivity | The house is online | Internet and network status per residence, with the last time each was reachable, so a dark camera feed has an explanation before you call anyone. |
| Security | Armed, closed, quiet | Alarm state, doors and gates, and who arrived or left. Notifications only for what you have asked to be told about. |
| Climate | Conditions inside | Temperature and humidity room by room, plus the places that matter most: the cellar, the gallery, the pool house, the plant room. |
| Environment | Water, power, weather | Leak and power alerts, generator and battery state, and the local forecast when a storm is heading for one of your coasts. |
We chose Home Assistant as the secure endpoint at each residence: a private interface that stays on the house, with no vendor cloud in the path between the systems you already trust and the card on your phone. Live state never leaves the property to be stored elsewhere; Patrimony only reads what that house chooses to present.
Home Assistant already speaks to the automation, alarm, network, and security systems most residences run. Where those systems are already commissioned, the integrator wires them into Home Assistant; Patrimony then reads what Home Assistant exposes. Existing equipment stays in place. Unusual setups are handled house by house through that same bridge.
Optional post-quantum (PQ) encryption between your phone and that house (further security beyond standard SSL/TLS). Keys stay on the phone and the house. Requires iOS 26+.
Each house has its own private chat for the people you share it with. Messages and photos go directly between the house's own Home Assistant and your paired phones. There is no Patrimony chat server. Chat travels over standard SSL/TLS between your phone and the house.
Once the first residence is live, the same sitting repeats at every other house. Your estate manager or integrator follows a short path (secure tunnel, Home Assistant, a pairing code on your phone), and the new card appears beside the others. Live state stays on that property. You never have to brief a new app for each address.
Get the iOS app on the App Store. Open it, enable demo mode, and walk the wallet without touching a live residence. Joining the collection begins when you request an invitation from us: write with a short note on what is hard today across your houses, and why this quiet glance interests you. We reply and open a conversation about integrating with your estate manager or integrator.
Demo is open to anyone with the app. To join, request an invitation from us with a short note on your pain points and why this interests you. Integrators: house path.
