Name it, place it, and it becomes a card — the villa, the flat in town, the lodge, the boat. A photograph is optional; most people use one anyway.

Link the automation system already installed and Patrimony reads from it. Your estate manager or integrator can do this for you in one sitting.

Open the app and every house reports in a glance. If something needs you, it says so; if nothing does, it stays quiet.
Cards sit side by side the way a wallet holds them — the house, its weather, its status, and whatever you have asked it to watch. Tap through for detail; put it away when the answer is nothing to worry about.

Nothing is ripped out and nothing new is installed. Patrimony sits on top of the automation, alarm and network equipment your integrator has already commissioned, and reads what they expose. If a house runs something unusual, we look at it case by case.
