Every house you own, awake and accounted for.

A private application for
principals with more than one address

Patrimony Collection keeps each of your residences as a card in your pocket. Connect the systems already installed at the house and the app answers the quiet questions from anywhere: is the network up, is the alarm set, is the cellar holding its temperature, did anyone arrive today.

How it works

Three steps, then it looks after itself.

01

Add the residence

Name it, place it, and it becomes a card — the villa, the flat in town, the lodge, the boat. A photograph is optional; most people use one anyway.

02

Connect the house

Link the automation system already installed and Patrimony reads from it. Your estate manager or integrator can do this for you in one sitting.

03

Keep an eye, lightly

Open the app and every house reports in a glance. If something needs you, it says so; if nothing does, it stays quiet.

One card for each house you love.

Cards sit side by side the way a wallet holds them — the house, its weather, its status, and whatever you have asked it to watch. Tap through for detail; put it away when the answer is nothing to worry about.

Integrations

It speaks to the systems already in the house.

Nothing is ripped out and nothing new is installed. Patrimony sits on top of the automation, alarm and network equipment your integrator has already commissioned, and reads what they expose. If a house runs something unusual, we look at it case by case.

Access is by invitation.

Leave an address and we will write to you — a short conversation first, then onboarding with your estate manager or integrator. We take a small number of households at a time.
